Nationwide Autoprotect sells vehicle service contracts (“VSCs”), sometimes called extended warranties. These are not manufacturer warranties. Coverage is administered by the independent third-party administrator identified in the written contract provided at purchase.

We do not offer services to residents of:

• California

• Alaska

• Washington State

2. Acceptance of Terms

By visiting the Site, submitting a quote request, enrolling in SMS alerts, calling us, or using any tools or services we provide, you agree to follow these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms at any time. Updates take effect when posted.

3. Eligibility

To use the Site, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old

• Be a United States resident

• Use the Site only for lawful purposes

• Provide accurate information

4. Website Content and Intellectual Property

Online quotes and plan information are provided for general informational purposes only.

Actual pricing, terms, and coverage depend on:

• Vehicle age

• Mileage

• Condition

• Administrator approval

• Contract details

Only the written vehicle service contract issued by the administrator reflects the official coverage.

Nothing on the Site guarantees:

• Eligibility

• Approval

• Pricing

• Repair outcomes

• Plan availability

6. Your Submissions

If you send us content such as photos, reviews, testimonials, or messages, you agree that:

• You own the rights to the content

• The content is lawful and appropriate

• The content does not infringe upon the rights of others

By submitting content, you give Nationwide Autoprotect a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide license to use it for marketing or promotional purposes.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not required to receive a quote or purchase a vehicle service contract.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.”

We do not guarantee that:

• The Site will be error-free

• Tools or calculators will be accurate

• Service will be uninterrupted

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nationwide Autoprotect is not liable for:

If liability cannot be waived, our total liability will not exceed $100.

13. Dispute Resolution and Binding Arbitration

We may suspend or terminate access to the Site at our discretion, including for:

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.
