Understand Your Vehicle Service Contract
A vehicle service contract is an optional agreement that may help pay for certain covered mechanical repairs. It is not a manufacturer’s warranty or automobile insurance, and it does not cover every repair or condition.
Nationwide Autoprotect LLC sells vehicle service contracts administered by independent third-party companies. Available plans, benefits, pricing, and eligibility vary by vehicle and state.
Before purchasing, ask for the applicable sample agreement and review the administrator and provider information, covered components, exclusions, deductibles, waiting periods, coverage limits, maintenance requirements, and cancellation provisions.
If your vehicle needs a repair, follow the claims instructions in your agreement. The repair facility must obtain any required authorization before beginning covered work. Nationwide Autoprotect LLC does not determine claim coverage or authorize repairs.

Nationwide Autoprotect LLC sells the vehicle service contract. The administrator handles claims according to the agreement, and the provider/obligor is responsible for fulfilling the contract’s obligations.
Coverage, benefits, exclusions, limitations, deductibles, waiting periods, and cancellation provisions are governed by the written agreement. Administrator and provider identities may vary by contract version and state.
