We sell contracts administered by independent third-party companies. Nationwide Autoprotect LLC is the selling company; we are not the contract administrator, obligor, insurer, vehicle manufacturer, or dealership. The written agreement identifies the companies responsible for administering the contract and fulfilling its obligations.
Our team assists with plan information, enrollment, billing questions, and cancellation requests. Repair claims and coverage decisions are handled by the administrator identified in the customer’s agreement.
Coverage varies by vehicle, location, and selected contract. Customers should review covered components, exclusions, waiting periods, deductibles, maintenance requirements, claim procedures, and cancellation terms before deciding to purchase.
